• Digital Procurement Platforms – No more ghost contractors or inflated tenders
• Independent Ethics Commission – Investigating and prosecuting high-level corruption
• Citizen Audit Panels – Community oversight of local projects and budgets

How We’ll Do It:

• Digitize all government processes — from land registries to tax collection
• Launch the Transparency Tracker App – reporting graft and tracking investigations
• Strengthen anti-corruption bodies like EACC and ensure their independence
• Enforce mandatory asset declarations for all public officers — published online
• Create County Integrity Forums — where citizens can question decisions and hold leaders accountable
