3. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES
3.1. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:
a. In any way that violates any applicable national, county, or international law or regulation of the Republic of Kenya.b. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
without our prior written consent, including "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
c. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Party, a Party employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
d. To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Party or users of the Site or expose them to liability.
e. To upload or distribute any content that is defamatory, offensive, indecent, hateful, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
f. To upload or distribute content that promotes violence, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation, or that is illegal under Kenyan law (e.g., hate speech, incitement).
4. USER SUBMISSIONS (COMMENTS AND FORUMS)

5. FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS AND DONATIONS
5.1. Purpose: Any financial contributions, payments, or donations made through the Site are voluntary and intended to support the political activities of The Alliance For Change Party.
5.2. Non-Refundable: All donations are final and non-refundable.
5.3. Compliance: All financial transactions are subject to applicable Kenyan electoral, campaign finance, and anti-money laundering laws. The Party reserves the right to request additional information to verify the source and compliance of any contribution.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya,
although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for

1. SCOPE AND ELIGIBILITY
This Refund Policy governs all purchases of publications, merchandise, and other products ("Items") made through The Alliance For Change Party's official online shop.
We aim for every purchase to meet the highest standards of quality and alignment with the Party's brand. You may be eligible for a refund or return only if the purchased Item meets one of the following conditions:
Defective or Damaged: The Item arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing fault.
Incorrect Item: You received an Item that is different from the one ordered (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, wrong book title).
Significant Quality Issue: The Item is not fit for its intended purpose.
You must notify us of a return request within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain items are explicitly excluded from our return and refund policy:
A. Digital Publications (E-books, Policy Documents, PDFs)
Digital items are non-refundable once the download link has been successfully delivered and/or accessed by the purchaser. This is because digital content cannot be physically returned. If you experience technical issues with the file download or access, we will work to provide a corrected file or access link.
B. Financial Contributions/Donations
Any amounts designated as a donation or financial contribution to the Party are considered final and are non-refundable, as per Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions.
C. Other Exclusions
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale."
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, or improper care by the customer.
Items missing original tags or packaging.
3. THE REFUND AND RETURN PROCESS
3.1. Initiation of Return
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at info@allianceforchange.or.ke within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Provide Details: In the email, include your Order Number, a detailed reason for the return, and attach clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
3. Awaiting Approval: We will review your request and reply within 3-5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
3.2. Shipping Returned Items
If your return is approved, you will be instructed to mail the Item back to the Party's headquarters.
The Item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
Cost of Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), the Alliance For Change Party will cover or refund the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., ordered the wrong size), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. REFUND PROCESSING
4.1. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned Item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
4.2. Refund Disbursement
If the return is approved, a full refund for the cost of the Item (excluding original shipping charges, unless the return was due to our error) will be issued.
The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, mobile payment) within 10-14 business days after the Item has been received and the refund approved.

We generally do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory complexity. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to:
